  1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Gridline Peptides LLC reserves the right to delay shipment if order verification is required or if additional information is needed from the customer.

  1. SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Available carriers may include USPS, UPS, or other national shipping carriers.

Shipping time estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update within the carrier’s system.

  1. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Gridline Peptides LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

  1. SHIPPING DELAYS

Gridline Peptides LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

• shipping carriers
• severe weather conditions
• customs inspections
• high shipping volume periods
• natural disasters or unforeseen events

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

  1. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Gridline Peptides LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and ensure secure delivery locations.

  1. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment arrives damaged, the customer must notify Gridline Peptides LLC within seven (7) days of delivery.

Photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product may be required before a replacement or refund is issued.

  1. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Gridline Peptides LLC reserves the right to refuse shipment to jurisdictions where the purchase or possession of research materials may violate applicable laws or regulations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws before placing an order.
