REFUND POLICY

Due to the specialized nature of research materials sold by Gridline Peptides LLC, all sales are generally considered final.

However, refunds or replacements may be issued under the following circumstances.


  1. INCORRECT ITEMS

If an incorrect product was shipped, customers must notify Gridline Peptides LLC within seven (7) days of delivery.

The customer may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the item received.

Upon verification, a replacement or refund may be issued.


  1. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify Gridline Peptides LLC within seven (7) days of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once verified, Gridline Peptides LLC may issue either:

• a replacement shipment
• a full or partial refund


  1. LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is lost in transit and confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, Gridline Peptides LLC may issue either:

• a replacement order
• a refund to the original payment method


  1. NON-DELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned to the sender due to incorrect addresses or delivery refusal may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.


  1. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be issued for:

• misuse of products
• improper storage after delivery
• dissatisfaction with research outcomes
• orders placed in violation of the research-use disclaimer


  1. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days.


  1. FRAUD PREVENTION

Gridline Peptides LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests suspected of abuse, fraud, or violation of the Terms of Service.
